Refunds and credits

Here are the details for various methods of payment.

If you paid with: A credit card >

We will: Refund your purchase amount to that same card.

If you paid with: A Debit card, PhonePe, UPI, BHIM, Paytm, and Google Pay.

We will: Refund your purchase amount to that same Account.


NOTE:- Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. All activates should be done with your Registered Mobile Number or E-mail.  

If your mode of payment is through Debit card, Phone Pe, UPI, BHIM, Paytm, and Google Pay. Whether cash on delivery. Your refund amount will be transfer to your bank account or the app you have used for shopping. In case for cash on delivery as refund amount contact customer care, Call: 9319127128  


Changing or canceling your order

Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.


Placing your Products order online

Whether you're buying something for yourself or a gift for someone else, ordering is quick and easy.

Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (or click the Checkout button in the top right corner of the website).

During checkout, you can select shipping options and gift options, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses.

You can also review your order before its final, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item.

After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window and at the same time you will receive a Text Message on your mobile. The confirmation includes an order number. It's a good idea to write the order number down before closing your browser.

Within 24 hours, you receive an order confirmation with Text Message and email, which shows the same order number and provides a link to your order status page on the website. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Order" link in the top Left corner of the website.

When your purchase has been shipped from the warehouse, you receive a second email and Text Message with tracking details. For more information on order tracking, see "Track Order."

Payment options

When it comes to purchasing the products you love, you have a host of options.

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code.

This information, along with the billing address for the credit or debit card, is entered during the purchase process.

The Mode of payments is also provided with PhonePe, UPI, BHIM, Paytm, Google Pay and Account Transfer.


Credit cards and store credit cards are generally charged only at the time we ship the item or items to you.

For debit cards, which draw on funds in a bank account, this means the amount of your purchase remains in your account but is no longer available to you. For credit cards, the charge is not processed but the amount may be deducted from your available line of credit.
Your credit or debit card will then be charged at the time we ship your items to you. If your order is sent out in multiple shipments the charges will process as each individual part of the order ships (you will see multiple, smaller amounts charged to your account).

It can typically take three to seven days for the purchase amount to clear your account. Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account; for details please check with your bank.


Returns & Exchanges on Online Purchases

  • Items should be in their original condition unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Offer Items and Today Deal sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your order Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • Items purchased should be return within 7 days.
  • Items are in their original condition with all accessories and invoice. Unwashed and unworn Items not in this condition will not be accepted for returned or exchanged.
